Our story

Technology that helps clean-energy companies do more.

Remova Tech brings managed IT, cybersecurity, and practical AI together around the real work of solar and renewable-energy businesses.

How we got here

We started close to the industry.

Our environmental focus led us to the companies doing the practical work. We began as a small marketing company serving the solar-energy industry, helping those businesses reach more customers and grow.

Working closely with solar teams revealed a wider problem: growth was often held back by fragmented systems, unclear ownership, manual handoffs, and technology that was difficult to manage. Marketing could create demand, but operations needed stronger foundations.

As our team and experience grew, we expanded into managed IT and technology operations. We helped make everyday systems more dependable, responsibilities clearer, and recurring problems easier to resolve.

Then AI changed what was possible. We added AI consultancy and implementation so useful workflows could be improved without losing sight of security, data access, or human judgement. That combination became Remova Tech.

Why renewable energy

Better technology creates more room for the work that matters.

Solar and renewable-energy companies work across sales, surveys, proposals, projects, suppliers, field teams, customer service, and long-term system support. When information and ownership break between those stages, good people spend too much time recovering the process.

Our role is to reduce that friction. We help teams keep essential systems dependable, protect important information, and introduce AI where it can create a practical advantage.

People and practice

A small team with clear responsibilities.

The best technology partner is not the one with the longest service catalogue. It is the one that understands who needs an answer, what evidence is available, and which decision must remain with your team.

Understand the operating reality

We ask how a request arrives, who checks it, which system contains the trusted record, and what happens when the normal path breaks. That detail matters in renewable energy because a single customer journey can cross marketing, sales, design, procurement, field operations, finance, and support.

We also look for the quiet work people do to keep the business moving: copying information between tools, checking permissions, chasing missing documents, rebuilding reports, and explaining the same process to new colleagues. Those tasks are often the safest place to improve first.

Make ownership visible

Every recommendation should leave someone with a clear next action. That may be a platform owner, a security lead, a sales manager, or an operations coordinator. We document decisions in language the team can use, including what is in scope, what is deliberately deferred, and how an exception should be handled.

This keeps technology from becoming a mysterious dependency. People know where to ask for help, what they can change safely, and which signals mean that a process needs review.

Stay useful after launch

Implementation is not the finish line. Users discover edge cases, policies change, and systems evolve. We help the team review what happened, improve the workflow, and keep the supporting controls in place. Support can be focused on a platform, a workflow, or a defined operating responsibility.

We will not promise a magic button, instant transformation, or an AI result that cannot be checked. We will explain the trade-offs, show the smallest sensible first move, and be direct when a manual control is still the safer choice.

Engagement expectations

Clear enough to act on, flexible enough to fit.

Some clients arrive with a defined platform problem. Others know that a process is costing them time but cannot yet explain whether the cause is people, data, permissions, or software. We are comfortable in both situations. The first conversation creates a shared vocabulary before anyone commits to a build.

We bring a written view of the current state, the likely options, and the decisions that still need evidence. That view can be short. Its value is that it gives a leadership team something concrete to approve and the delivery team something concrete to test.

When the work reaches users, we treat adoption as part of the technical result. A new workflow needs a name, an owner, an explanation, and a place for questions. Training is practical: people see the trigger, the expected output, the exception route, and the point at which a person must intervene.

That habit of explanation is part of our identity. We want clients to understand enough of the system to challenge a recommendation, spot a risky shortcut, and keep the result healthy when priorities change. Better technology should increase agency inside the customer organisation, not create dependence on a vendor’s vocabulary.

We measure our own work by that independence.

It is why we keep language plain, show the working parts, and leave room for a client to disagree with us. Good partnership includes the confidence to ask a harder question.

For founders and leadership teams

You get a partner who can translate between commercial priorities and technical consequences. We help you choose what deserves attention now, what can wait, and what evidence will change the decision.

For operational owners

You get a process that respects the details of the work: the exceptions, the handoffs, the permissions, and the moments when a customer or colleague needs a human answer.

Our mission

Help renewable-energy companies spend less time fighting their systems and more time delivering clean-energy projects.

We start with the problem, recommend the sensible first move, and stay involved long enough for the improvement to become part of normal work.
