Company

Remova Tech is part of Remova Inc., 1111B S Governors Ave STE 39322, Dover, DE 19904, United States. Questions about these terms can be sent through our contact page.

Website Use

You may use this website for lawful business research and communication with Remova Tech. You must not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape at abusive volume, submit malicious code, or use the site to violate any law or third-party right.

Website Content

Website content is provided for general business information. It is not legal, financial, compliance, security, or professional advice. Examples, pricing ranges, timelines, and service descriptions are illustrative until confirmed in a written proposal or agreement.

Services

Remova Tech provides vendor-agnostic AI consultancy and implementation, managed AI support, managed IT, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace administration, cybersecurity, technology risk, resilience, training, and related project support. The scope, fees, milestones, responsibilities, data access, deliverables, and acceptance process for paid work are defined in the applicable written agreement.

Assessments and Website Tools

Website assessments, scores, checklists, and suggested next steps are general planning tools based on the answers submitted. They are not a security audit, legal opinion, compliance certification, procurement recommendation, or guarantee that a system is ready for production. A proper engagement may identify issues that a short self-assessment cannot detect.

Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate business information, requirements, access, feedback, and approvals needed for the work.
  • Confirm that you have the right to share any data, documents, systems, credentials, or third-party materials provided to us.
  • Review AI outputs, workflows, automations, recommendations, and generated content before operational or customer-facing use.
  • Maintain appropriate internal policies for privacy, security, compliance, employment, customer communications, and regulated decisions.

AI Outputs and Human Review

AI systems can produce inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unexpected outputs. Unless a written agreement says otherwise, AI outputs and automation results should be treated as decision support and must be reviewed by qualified people before use in important business, legal, financial, employment, medical, safety, or customer-impacting decisions.

Data, Confidentiality, and Privacy

Privacy handling is described in our Privacy Policy. Project-specific confidentiality, data processing, retention, access, and security requirements should be documented in the applicable agreement. You should not send highly sensitive data unless it is necessary and an appropriate handling process has been agreed.

Intellectual Property

Remova Tech and its licensors retain rights in website content, methods, templates, pre-existing materials, know-how, reusable code, and internal tools. Client ownership of custom deliverables, project materials, and licenses is defined in the applicable written agreement.

Third-Party Tools

Projects may involve third-party platforms, AI model providers, workflow tools, CRMs, cloud services, analytics providers, or other systems. Third-party services are governed by their own terms, pricing, limits, privacy practices, availability, and security controls.

Fees and Payment

Fees, billing schedule, expenses, taxes, late-payment terms, and cancellation rights for paid services are defined in the written agreement. Website pricing bands are non-binding estimates unless confirmed in writing.

No Guaranteed Outcomes

We work to deliver useful, practical systems and advice, but business outcomes depend on client data, adoption, process changes, third-party tools, market conditions, and internal execution. We do not guarantee revenue, cost reduction, rankings, conversion rates, model accuracy, or uninterrupted operation unless a written agreement states a specific service level.

Disclaimer

The website is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Remova Tech disclaims implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, and error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Remova Tech and Remova Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption arising from website use. Service-specific liability limits are handled in the applicable written agreement.

Governing Law

Unless a written agreement says otherwise, these website terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the website after an update means the updated terms apply to website use from that point forward.
